Anne Welsh originally trained and accredited as a Psychosynthesis psychotherapist with the London Institute of Psychosynthesis and then went on to complete a post graduate training in teaching and group facilitation. Whilst completing her post graduate training Anne also trained at the Institute of Group Analysis.

Anne has worked with individuals, groups and teams for over thirty years. She founded Synthesis in the City in 2006, creating a centre offering personal, professional and therapeutic development and providing coaching, executive coaching, mentoring, counselling and psychotherapy.

Primarily based in London, she has worked in the corporate sector as a Consultant Executive Coach and supervisor for over 10 years.

Since 2009, one of the inspiring projects Anne has been engaged in with Glaxo Smith Kline (GSK) involves training and supervising individuals in Developmental Coaching throughout the world. Anne continues to travel extensively for this organisation, using her broad cultural experience to enable individuals. She is passionate about enabling individuals to be "The best they can be".

Anne also sits on the coaching panel at Investec Bank in the City of London. She also supervises with and for NDC, working with in-house coaches from the House of Commons.

Most recently, Anne has become an associate with ‘Transcend’, an on-line Coach and Supervision Training organisation based in Hong Kong and Shanghai.

Anne is an accredited coach and coach supervisor with APECS. (The Association for Accredited Professional Coaches and Supervisors within the UK.) She is also an accredited coach, coach supervisor and accredited training supervisor with EMCC Global.
